Bimpe Nkontchou

Bimpe Nkontchou is Partner and Head of the Corporate / Commercial Law and Commercial Litigation Departments. She also oversees the firm's compliance with the Solicitors' Code of Conduct and Money Laundering Regulations and co-ordinates the firms marketing strategy. Bimpe graduated from the university of Ife in 1986 and obtained an LLM (with merit) from University College London in 1990. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1987 and later qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 1997. Her previous practice experiences in Nigeria are with the firms of Bentley, Edu & Co and Aluko & Oyebode. In the UK she has worked with the firm of SJ Berwin & Co before establishing Addie & Co in 1998.

Kenny Gbaja

Kenny Gbaya is Partner and Head of the Private Client and Commercial Property Departments. She is also a specialist adviser to UK registered charities. She oversees Addie & Co's Human Resources and Training Policies, as well as ensuring that our quality standards comply with LEXCEL accreditation from the Law Society. Kenny graduated from Ogun State University in 1987 and obtained an LLM (with Merit) from University College London in 1992. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1988 and later qualified as a Solicitor of England and Wales in 1996. Her previous practice experience includes working as a Legal Officer in Nigeria-Arab Bank and in the firms of Abayomi Sogbesan & Co. In the UK, she has worked as a solicitor with the firms of Fitzgrahams Solicitors and Michael Amy & Partners (both in Mayfair), prior to establishing Addie & Co in 1998.
